It is told that long ago, before any kings or emperors, the great Celestial Dragon came to earth to judge whether mankind should be destroyed or led to salvation, and walked among humans in the disguise of a woman. After traveling around, it came to the conclusion that humanity was disgraceful and should be destroyed, but decided to give the mankind one more chance by visiting a random home, and depending how it was treated there it would choose its final judgement.
However, while visiting that home it met the household's son who was so sweet, gentle and and beautiful that the dragon fell in love, and though it still saw humanity fit for destruction, its heart couldn't bear that it would cause grief to the sweet man it loved. Thus it decided to start ruling the land, so that it could show the way of wisdom to humans and married the man it loved.
Those two became the first emperor and empress of the land, and thus it is said that all of the nobles of the original bloodline are related to the Celestial Dragon.
